What size air conditioner do I need?
The right size depends on the room’s floor area, ceiling height, insulation, window size and which way it faces. As a rough guide, a small bedroom often suits a 2.5 kW split system, while an open-plan living area can need 7 kW or more. An undersized unit runs flat out and struggles on hot days; an oversized one cycles on and off and wastes energy.

How do I look after a new air conditioner?
Clean the indoor filters every two to four weeks when the system is in regular use, and keep plants and stored items at least half a metre from the outdoor unit. Book a service once a year to keep the warranty conditions met and the system running efficiently.
