Information on this website
The information on this website is general and is not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed technician. In NSW, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and gas work must be done by appropriately licensed tradespeople, and refrigerant handling requires an ARCtick licence.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when our office contacts you. For smoke, fire or a burning smell from a unit, switch the system off and call 000 if there is danger.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can to cancel or move a booking. A call-out fee may apply if a technician arrives and cannot access the property or the system.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown are starting prices. Every job is given a fixed price before work starts, and installations are quoted in writing.
