Northridge HVAC at work

Heating and cooling for Western Sydney

Northridge HVAC is a local business on Church Street, Parramatta, looking after the heating, air conditioning and indoor air in homes across Western Sydney.

Why a local HVAC team?

A team based nearby gets to you sooner when a system fails in a heatwave or a cold snap, knows the brick veneer homes, townhouses and units of the area, and is easy to call back if something needs another look.

Our technicians hold ARCtick refrigerant handling licences, electrical work is done by our licensed electrician and gas heating work by a licensed gasfitter. Every job is priced before work starts, and every system is tested before we leave.

Meet the team

How we work

  • 01

    Price before work

You get a fixed price for the job before anything starts, and you only pay what was agreed.

  • 02

    Find the cause

We fix why a system failed, not only the symptom you can feel.

  • 03

    Repair before replace

If a repair is the sensible choice, we say so and explain why.

  • 04

    Leave it tidy

Drop sheets down, packaging taken away, and the work area cleaned before we go.

Inside the *workshop*

A stocked workshop in Parramatta and vans carrying common parts, filters and refrigerant, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.

What is the equipment for?

  • Refrigerant gauges

Digital gauges read the pressures and temperatures in the refrigerant circuit, showing whether a system is charged correctly or leaking.

  • Electronic leak detectors

A sensitive sniffer probe picks up tiny amounts of escaping refrigerant, so leaks can be found and repaired before regassing.

  • Airflow meters

An anemometer measures the air leaving each vent, showing which rooms are missing out and where ducts need attention.

  • Thermal imaging

A thermal camera shows warm and cool spots in ceilings and ducts, helping find leaking duct joints and missing insulation without opening anything up.
