Ducted or split systems: which suits my home?
Ducted reverse cycle heats and cools the whole home from one hidden indoor unit, with discreet vents in each room and zoning to control which areas run. Split and multi-head systems put a wall unit in each room and suit homes without roof space, or where only a few rooms need heating and cooling.
Northridge HVAC sizes every system from a heat load calculation that accounts for room sizes, insulation, windows and orientation. You get a written quote with the model, capacity, zone layout and installation details. Refrigerant work is done by ARCtick-licensed technicians and electrical work by a licensed electrician.

What do I need to do after a new system is installed?
Register the warranty, keep the installation paperwork together, and book a service in the first year. Clean the return air filter as shown at handover. If a zone feels weak in the first weeks, call us so we can rebalance the airflow.
